WINTON BIRDING - POO PONDS

Little Grassbird
Obviously a highlight on any birding trip is to visit poo ponds, sewerage ponds or for the slightly cruder people, sh*t ponds. Winton's ponds, close to town, are a minor classic.

In the past I have recorded Freckled Ducks and crakes but anytime there are several decent species and it remains a very good place to see Little Grassbirds.
